Shipping policy

El precio se calcula en caja según tu dirección. Recibirás al correo o al teléfono tu número de seguimiento una vez enviado tu pedido. De no llegar tu pedido escríbenos a alozadadiaz@holaglitter.com y buscaremos que sucedió y de no encontrar que sucedió te lo enviamos nuevamente de ser necesario.  Es importante que estes al pendiente del seguimiento.  Si por alguna razón no pudiste recoger tu pedido y lo devuelven, lo podemos volver a enviar siempre y cuando usted se haga cargo de los gastos de envío.

Por favor recuerda que los tiempos de envío son siempre una estimación y aunque usualmente llegan en los tiempos indicados puede haber excepciones.

The price is calculated at the checkout according to your address. You will receive your tracking number by mail once your order has been shipped. If your order does not arrive, write to us at alozadadiaz@holaglitter.com and we will look for what happened and if we do not find what happened, we will send it to you again if necessary. It is important that you are on the lookout for follow-up. If for some reason you could not pick up your order and it is returned, we can resend it as long as you pay the shipping costs.

Please remember that shipping times are always an estimate and although they usually arrive within the indicated times there may be exceptions.
